She completed her Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Ege University and her Master's degree in Experimental Psychology at City University of New York Brooklyn College. She focused on material design to improve learning performance and studied Implicit Intelligence Theories and game-based learning in her master's thesis. She then transferred to the Human Factors and Cognitive Psychology department at the University of Central Florida to pursue her doctoral studies. During her education, she gave both online and face-to-face trainings at undergraduate level at different universities.
